Can you pan for gold in Bannack State Park?

Yes! You can pan for gold from 3:00pm to 4:30pm each weekend afternoon in the summer. All of the mining supplies will be provided.

Are dogs allowed at Bannack State Park?

Dogs are allowed in the park as long as they are on a leash no longer than 8 feet. It's a good idea to bring water and make sure to pick up after your dog.
